This Privacy Policy explains how LEGAL ENTITY NAME ("Rabbit", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Rabbit Telegram Mini App, bot, and website (together, the "Service"). Rabbit is a marketplace for adults that connects clients with independent service providers. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Who can use Rabbit
The Service is strictly for adults who are at least 18 years old (or 21 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. See our age agreement.
2. Information we collect
- Telegram account data - your Telegram user ID, username, and profile details shared by Telegram when you open the Mini App.
- Profile & verification data - information you add to your profile and, for providers, verification data you choose to submit.
- Location data - approximate or precise location when you use location-based discovery (with your permission).
- Payments - balance and transaction records. Payment instruments are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
- Content & messages - photos, listings, and messages you send through the Service.
- Usage & device data - interactions, device and app information, IP address, and diagnostic logs.
- Cookies - used on our website as described in section 6.
3. How we use your information
- To operate the marketplace and connect clients with providers.
- To process top-ups, balances, and payments.
- To verify eligibility and keep the Service safe and lawful.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and any illegal activity.
- To provide support and communicate about your account.
- To comply with legal obligations and lawful requests.
4. Sharing
We share information with: providers and clients as needed to connect them so they can arrange details directly; service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, payments, analytics, messaging); and public authorities where required by law. In line with our zero-tolerance policy, we report suspected child exploitation or human trafficking to the appropriate authorities. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Legal basis
Where applicable law requires it, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw).
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (including your age confirmation), and measure usage. By using the site you agree to their use. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. Some records (for example transaction or safety records) may be kept longer where the law requires.
8. Your rights
