Rabbit Service Rules (Regulament)

1. General provisions

1.1. The Rabbit service (the "Service") is a platform where adults post and find listings for services.

1.2. The Service may only be used by persons who have reached 18 years of age.

1.3. By using the Service, you agree to these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the other documents of the Service.

2. Registration and account

2.1. Browsing listings does not require registration; registration is required to publish a listing or to send messages.

2.2. You undertake to provide truthful and up-to-date information.

2.3. Creating multiple accounts by a single user without the administration's permission is prohibited.

2.4. You bear full responsibility for keeping your account confidential.

3. Requirements for profiles and listings

3.1. A profile must contain only truthful information.

3.2. The following are prohibited:

• Posting other people's photos without the owner's consent;
• Posting edited or AI-generated photos that are misleading;
• Providing false information about age, appearance, or services;
• Posting contacts of third-party services or links to competitors;
• Content that violates the law of the user's country or the law that applies to the Service.

4. Prohibited content

• Child pornography and any content depicting minors;
• Violence, cruelty, humiliation;
• Advertising of drugs or of any illegal services;
• Spam, fraud, extortion;
• Content of an extremist or discriminatory nature.

5. Paid services and pricing

5.1. Some features of the Service are paid.

5.2. After payment, the service is provided immediately.

5.3. The user agrees that once the provision of a paid service has begun (bumping a profile, publication, etc.), the right to withdraw from the contract is lost.

6. Moderation

6.1. The administration has the right, at its own discretion, to moderate, hide, or delete profiles without giving reasons.

6.2. For serious violations, an account may be blocked without a refund.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Service is not an organizer of meetings and bears no responsibility for the actions of users.

7.2. Verified providers are marked in the app; for other profiles Rabbit does not guarantee the accuracy of the information.

7.3. The user uses the Service at their own risk.

8. Personal data

Using the Service constitutes consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Rules

The administration may amend the Rules. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your agreement to the new version.
