These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rabbit Telegram Mini App, bot, and website (the "Service"), operated by LEGAL ENTITY NAME ("Rabbit", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the age agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 where required by local law), be legally able to enter contracts, and be permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction. Adult content is available on the Service; by using it you confirm such material is not considered obscene or illegal in your community and you accept full responsibility for accessing it.

2. Accounts

You access Rabbit through your Telegram account. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. The marketplace

Rabbit is a platform that connects clients with independent service providers. We are not a party to any agreement between a client and a provider, do not provide the services offered, and are not responsible for the conduct, quality, legality, or safety of any provider, client, or service.

4. Zero-tolerance policy

Rabbit has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material, the advertising or involvement of minors, and human trafficking, as well as any use of the Service for these purposes. You agree to report any illegal services or activities, and any suspicion of child exploitation or human trafficking, to us and to the appropriate authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement and will report such activity.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
Do not involve, depict, or target anyone under the age of majority.
Do not post content you do not have the right to share, or that is harmful, fraudulent, non-consensual, or misleading.
Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Do not disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.

6. Content

You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and represent that you have the right to share it and that all persons depicted are adults who have consented.

7. Payments

Balances, top-ups, and fees are described in the app. You authorize us and our payment providers to process the transactions you initiate. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8. Providers

Providers are independent and solely responsible for their listings, conduct, taxes, licenses, and compliance with all applicable laws. Providers must only offer services that are legal where they operate.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LEGAL ENTITY NAME is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any provider or client, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of JURISDICTION, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
